All packages are shipped from Nijmegen, The Netherlands.

We ship packages once a week.

Postage fee is including packaging and handeling fee.
All orders are shipped via standard mail and do usually NOT include a track & trace number. If you want an insured shipment, you need to request it and pay for any additional costs on top of the regular shipping costs. Please contact us if you do so BEFORE placing the order. Standard airmail is totally at your own risk. We are not responsible for any lost packages and will not refund these when shipped by standard mail

We will notify you once a package has been shipped. After receiving this notification, please allow +/- 2 days shipping time if you live in Holland, 7-10 for other EU countries, and 2-3 weeks for the rest of the world. Ofcourse, these are estimates.
